B Arch / Diploma in Interior Designing
Work Experience
- At least 4 years as a design engineer for office interior/turnkey projects.
- Strong Knowledge of AutoCAD &/or Equivalent Software.
- Experience of MEP & Security System would be an added advantage.
Role of the Design & Estimation Individual
- Interacting with the client & understanding their requirements.
- Site survey to give valuable design inputs on workspace solutions
- Budgeting for entrance automation, demountable glass partition & movable wall solution.
- Submission of Drawings/Layouts to Client/Architect/PMC for approval process.
Knowledge & Soft Skills
- Design thinking & creative approach
- Excellent hands-on experience in AutoCAD & MS Excel
- Good communication skills with the ability to convince the stakeholders.
- Self-Motivated & Ability to drive consensus across multiple stakeholders.
